Dr. Roxanne David is one of the trusted dentists at Eastern Hills Family Dental. Born in the Philippines and raised in the Las Vegas Valley, she earned both her bachelor’s and dental degrees from UNLV. She enjoys exploring different cultures through their food, and her love for BTS and painting brings creativity into her everyday life. Dr. David believes in teamwork and provides personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each patient. Her goal is to help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
Dr. Rolanda Chung
Dentist – East Las Vegas
Dr. Rolanda Chung was born and raised in Hawaii and moved to Las Vegas in 2006. She began her dental journey in 2010, starting as a dental assistant, then becoming a hygienist before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UNLV. She enjoys watching action movies, traveling, trying new experiences, and singing karaoke with friends and family. Dr. Chung is passionate about creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every patient she meets. She believes dentistry is not just about smiles—it’s about caring for people.
Dr. Toni Torres
Dentist – East Las Vegas
Dr. Toni Torres grew up in Henderson and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from UNLV. She is proud to serve the same community where she was raised and finds fulfillment in helping patients achieve healthy smiles. Dr. Torres is dedicated to providing personalized, comfortable care through patient education and engagement. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, photography, and relaxing with her favorite shows. Her approach to dentistry centers on building trust and treating every patient like family.
Dr. Kathleen Uy
Dentist – East Las Vegas
Dr. Kathleen Uy is one of our dentists at Eastern Hills Family Dental, whose focus is on orthodontics, implants, facial rejuvenation & TMD, and facial pain management. Growing up in both the Philippines and the California Bay Area, she is fluent in Tagalog and Visayan. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UNLV, she made Las Vegas her home. Her passions include cooking, pottery, and spending time with her 3 dogs. When traveling, she enjoys exploring new cultures through food and photography. She looks forward to welcoming patients into her care!

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling to tropical destinations, working out, cooking, baking, and exploring new foods.

Kevin began his dental career as an assistant before becoming a hygienist in 2019. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through compassionate care and clear communication. Originally from California, Kevin moved to Las Vegas with his wife and their Yorkshire Terrier, Bruno. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys hiking, exercising, trying new foods, and spending time with his family.

Outside the office, Israel enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends.

Janeth joined the dental field in 2015 and loves helping patients make the most of their dental benefits. Originally from Mexico, she moved to Nevada in 1993 and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
